the approximate totals collected since the start of the Give a
Toy, Get a Smile 2008 project and are NOT representative of current
available funds. Most cash donations are immediately put towards
the purchase of toys or other gift items for the children.
Donations in pesos are calculated 10 per dollar. Amounts may
also be rounded to the nearest dollar.
*Likewise the current
number of "on hand" toys and other donated items may be lower
or higher than listed above. These figures represent the totals for the
year starting around March 2008 and are not recalculated after each of our various
distributions, nor do they include toys and school supplies
collected in late 2007 that have yet to be handed out.
Some donations that were not
distributed in 2007 or arrived after the 2007 events, may have
been moved to the 2008 collections count.
